Hi there. For some reason I cannot write a comment on the Q/A Spit Spacebar. I made a separate question as a last resort.
- How long is the smaller spacebar? 5.75U, 5.5U, 5.25U or something else?
- There was no manual section about the split spacebar procedure. Is there any plans to add the information about key splitting to the manual in the future?

The shorter space bar allows you to add an additional 1.25U key to the right of the smaller space bar. Just order these parts: 2 extra keys (shorter space bar and 1.25U key), 1 barrel, and 1 flipper. Opening up the keyboard inner assembly is described in the manual, including a video as well. Sorry I don’t recall the sizing specifics.
I offer this service if you’d prefer not to do it yourself. If interested please order 35 units of the store item $1 increments. This does not include parts. Any customization in terms of splitting keys, splitting the space bar can be done with this flat rate.
