I’m looking at the options for keycap colors and I was wondering how dark “gark gray” is compared to black and pebble.
On the item listing it has them all in bags which makes it hard to compare them.

Sure please see below. The colors will resemble their Model F / Model M counterparts.
Pebble (top left keys), pearl (rightmost), dark gray (bottom left), black.
Industrial SSK Blue and Dark Gray – blue keys designed to match the original Industrial SSK color:
