With this series of Model F keyboards, the Esc-F12 row is not present.

How can I access these keys with the regular ANSI layout? And with the HHKB-style split-right shift?
Is it safe to assume that the split-right shift will have an Fn key that can be pressed to access Esc-F12 in the number row?

Also, the right-hand cluster of keys seem to have both navigation cluster and numpad functionality; how can I access both layers?

The board is programmable so basically you can have it however you like. One option is to have Esc and F1-F12 in function layer, and define some key to be the fn key.
