For this order you can pick ISO/International layout on the project page, add a note that you want Swedish/ISO layout.  Then you can order  the store item “$1 increments” to your cart and make a note that you would like the blue keys in Swedish in the positions shown in the link of your photo.

I want the keyboard to have ISO/Swedish layout. But the only keys I want to be in blue are the standard 12 that are shown in the picture. What would the details for this order be then?

Yes, for the 12 extra blue keys in Swedish please add 24 units of the store item “$1 increments” to your cart and make a note that you would like the Industrial SSK blue keys in Swedish.

A note that the blue key caps will have standard Swedish legends.
