A Most Refined Guide to Relegendable Keycap Templates

Good day, esteemed keyboard enthusiasts and fellow aficionados of the buckling spring.
As you peruse these humble files, I trust your cup of tea remains agreeably hot and your mind contented—perhaps with a scone or, for the continentally inclined, a generous helping of German potatoes (may we take a moment to salute the noble Kartoffel for its hearty contribution to civilisation).

Contained herein are templates for the legendary relegendable keycaps, meticulously crafted for use with the revered Model F122 keyboard, but doubtless adaptable for other IBM-compatible models. Whether you seek functional elegance or the means to indulge in whimsical keycap artistry, you shall find the tools at hand within this archive.

**Contents:**
- `pure-template.pdf` — A blank template, ready for your own legends, icons, or mischievous doodles.
- `example-template.pdf` — An assortment of example legends, ranging from the utterly practical to the deliciously absurd (please do try the sushi keys at your earliest opportunity).

**Printing Instructions (essential for the proper alignment of your legend-laden creations):**
1. Please print at *actual size* (100% scale) on A4 paper using Adobe Illustrator or compatible software.
_Do not allow your device to scale, shrink, or otherwise meddle with the file._
2. Use the 15mm sample box provided on the template as your trusty reference—it should measure exactly 15mm with a ruler.
Should it stray, kindly adjust your print settings until it is true, much as one would adjust a kettle on a hob.
3. The lower portion of the template includes layouts with both front and side panels. The black lines indicate where to cut for keycap clip clearance. Please mind your scissors.

**A Few Words on Reuse and Redistribution:**
You are most welcome to edit, remix, or redistribute them—whether for your own amusement or the benefit of the wider keyboard community.
Should you wish to share these through official channels, such as the venerable Model F Labs (to whom I extend my warmest thanks for their unwavering support and custodianship of the buckling spring tradition), I simply ask that you credit “cyber_engineer” (Twitter: @Mates_ENGINEER) in any official distributions.
A toast, as well, to the wider community who make projects such as this possible—your curiosity, wit, and pursuit of better typing are the cream in my tea.

Wishing you merry keystrokes, crisp prints, and everlasting warmth in your teacup,
