Which parts of the Model F have already been completed? Would it theoretically be possible to get a plate, pcb, and case for an F62 and then add in barrels, flippers, and keycaps from an older model f like an XT?

Most of the parts have been completed for this project but everything will come over to me for final quality control all at once from the factory in a few months. Feel free to check out the Geekhack project thread for the discussion on getting incomplete/untested boards early.
However I do hope you can join in on the project and reserve your Brand New Model F Keyboard! It will be here later this year.
