The choice of key color is either black or grey – the keyboard pictured has a mixture of off white and grey. If you chose “grey” do you receive what is pictured? Also, is it possible to get this model with working F keys on the front of the number keys (the top horizontal number keys). Note: I use a Mac.

Yes the top row keys are preprogrammed for everyone for F1, etc. for the function layer.
